I spent a long time making an online appointment; in fact, I modified the issues-repairs that I wanted with my car twice - that means I received three confirmation emails. On 13 June we arrived about 1 fact, I modified the issues-repairs that I wanted with my car twice - that means I received three confirmation emails. On 13 June we arrived about 15 minutes late due to a traffic jam on Highway 70 at Wright City. When we arrived, Harris served us - but he did not find any of the information that I had entered on line. He had to spend almost 45 minutes obtaining the information all over again. It is a good thing that I brought my list with me. Please employ an IT expert to figure out this dilemma, or ask Volvo to provide a dependable automated system between customer and service center. Unfortunately my wonderful 1998 V70 T5 did not have much service performed because none of the Volvo parts were available. Harris and George (from the shop, I believe), kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would have preferred, however, some privacy when the two gentlemen explained the issues and told me that there was not much they could do to repair the many challenges that I brought them - because of lack of Volvo parts for this 27 year old car. This information should not have been overheard by the other customers in the waiting area. More
