Tom is truly the best car salesman I've ever dealt with and I can't even think of who would be in 2nd place. He's extremely good at assessing what it is that you're looking for in a vehicle and in the car and I can't even think of who would be in 2nd place. If you want to spend more time looking over a variety of vehicles and buying options then he can do that too. He knows his vehicles extremely well. It's sounds like a simple thing but he does what he says he will do without being reminded or pressured. Working with Tom and the finance guys at Suntrup is the only time I've left a dealership without having that anxiety that I've been taken on the negotiation or that the dealer fell short of what was promised. I wish dealer rater allowed for a score higher than 5 because Tom and Suntrup deserve more! More
