We originally the dealership for a used Mecedes, switched to a new Volvo, then settled on a used CPO Volvo. Needless to say Tim was patient and helped us work through the process. After owning my car for the last 5+ years, I finally decided to get something different. I had reviewed several 3 series bmw's online, and had one I was interested in, at another dealership. On my way into work, I notice the 328xi coupe in front of the pre-owned lot. I stopped in after work and was greeted by Jim. Always concerned about the lengthy process of car purchase, Jim seemed to put me immediately at ease. On the test drive we discussed the car, European vehicles overall and a multitude of items having nothing to do with the car. He is completely genuine and direct to the point. At no point did I feel rushed, pressured or hurried in any way. He was concerned that I was happy, and alright with the overall process. His customer service mentality is something missing in a lot of places today. The "price haggle" was simple, I already knew where I wanted to be, new the approx. value of both vehicles and felt like we both gave to get. Overall Jim made the experience easy, and I would definitely give him the first shot at my business in the future. I recently purchased a 2013 Volvo C70 from West County Volvo on Manchester Road in St. Louis. As it is for many people, this was a MAJOR event for me. Although i'm almost 53 years old, this is the first time I bought a car all on my own. Previously, either my father or then my late husband handled all of the details. I was very very nervous. And - very emotional. My beloved husband passed away 6 years ago and trading in cars that held such special memories for me was incredibly difficult. ---- Enter Ken Levine. Salesman extraordinaire. From the start, Ken helped reduce my anxiety and work through the process. He knew exactly how to treat this emotional woman sitting at his desk. Without making a big deal, he drove with me to my home to get the two cars I was trading in so I would not have to contend with how to get both cars to the dealership; even giving me a kind hug when I was a wreck after driving the saab for the last time. He took the time to explain things; he was patient and kind and respectful. He is obviously knowledgeable of the product. I felt I was treated fairly with regard to the financial aspects. I also met with Mat Iglhart regarding the financing - he also was very kind and patient. and -- I LOVE MY NEW CAR!!! driving it with the top down just automatically puts a smile on my face and a lilt in my heart.
