For the second consecutive time the service department struck out. The did not perform the tasks that I asked for on the internet when I booked the appointment nor when I confirmed face to face at the ap struck out. We originally the dealership for a used Mecedes, switched to a new Volvo, then settled on a used CPO Volvo. Needless to say Tim was patient and helped us work through the process.
