Wonderful, pain free sales experience! Buying a new or used car can be stressful...and has been in the past. Not here, where we stopped in to see a Volvo xc60. Sales person Tom Calkins was highly informative, had a no-pressure approach and understood we didn't really want to spend an entire morning going back and forth. We did our homework online looking at car prices and trade-in values, of course, so it always helps to be as prepared as you think a dealer would be. Important to me, the salesman did not discount talking with a female---other dealers only talked to my husband even after knowing it was going to be my car, which made me leave. Business manager Mat Inglehart was great, too-- no pressure on add-ons, but simple education on dollars and packages available. I would recommend this dealership and salesman based upon our experience....and significantly, I spoke with another person while waiting in the dealership and she has bought several cars from West County Volvo due to the excellent service over the past decade. That validated our impression. More
