I had my mind made up to purchase a luxury car from the place I purchased my last car. I had never driven a Volvo and thought I'd take a look. Ken Levine was very relaxed, never pushy. He asked me what I was looking for in a car and proceeded to tell me all about the Volvo XC. He was very knowledgable and suggested I take it for a drive. During the drive he pointed out features that he knew were important to me based on our conversation in the office. I loved the car and left there with a new plan. He followed up with me and we worked together via email and phone which was more convenient for me. He found the right car quickly and arranged it to be ready for pick up based on my schedule. He worked late one afternoon so we could get it all wrapped up and I was on my way with a new car. I will be a loyal Volvo customer for years to come thanks to Ken. More

We test drove a car that I had seen online and he was open and honest about everything. We talked minimal financials that day before I left. He was never pushy or overbearing. I visited two more dealerships before returning to Tim two days later and closing on my new-to-me car! He was extremely helpful through the entire process and I would recommend him to everybody I know (and those I don't!) Being a young adult, buying my first newer car, I felt nothing but pressure and stress for weeks. Working with Tim eliminated all of this and made the purchase as smooth as possible! 2014 Volvo T5 I purchased a new "Demo" 2014 Volvo T5 at Suntrup West County Volvo. The vehicle had 7,000 mile on it. In the negotiating process, I requested a CA I purchased a new "Demo" 2014 Volvo T5 at Suntrup West County Volvo. The vehicle had 7,000 mile on it. In the negotiating process, I requested a CARFAX report on the demo model I had chosen. The dealer hesitated but I remained persistent. Upon inspection of the CARFAX, I noticed there were numerous issues with front tires. They were recorded as "tire issues" only by their service department. It's obvious that reports to CARFAX were untrue and manipulated. Information was more-than-likely manipulated. Tires (plural) don;t go bad in the first 7,000 miles. In less than 12 months, the vehicle has broken down TWICE (the last time being in a dangerous intersection. I called Roadside Assistance who asked about the color of the vehicle,, the VIN, the "purpose of use" and other non-associated esoteric questions before agreeing to send assistance. The first break-down required a new timing belt at 7,822 miles. Replacing a timing chain is a major internal engine repair. Upon completion, the Service Manager, told me my car was now "better than new", which is impossible. A timing chain replacement should NEVER be necessary at 7,822 miles. No word yet on what caused the second break-down. It's still in the shop. Obviously, the car is a "lemon" and can't be trusted to be reliable. I didn't buy the vehicle to car for multiple warrantee-covered repairs. I bought it for reliability and my Suntrup West County Volvo S60 isn't reliable. The proper solution would be a replacement vehicle without a history of repairs. I'll update after I find out if the dealer is willing to earn back my trust by replacing the lemon. More
