We've never had an SUV, never had a Volvo, never been in this dealership. The day to shop arrived and we walked in the dealership and were greeted warmly at the door and were introduced to Tim Edwards to assist us in discovering the XC90. He was excellent in every way - thorough in introducing us to this vehicle, offered a long and instructive test drive and answered the questions we had. He didn't push us to purchase, but offered another test drive at any time and made a personal connection with us. He knew his product thoroughly and was eager to show us the highlights and how this vehicle could be the one for us. After another visit, another test drive and more research on our part, we did purchase the XC90 and are happy with it. Tim has been available to us at any time to answer questions, and we've been in for an additional "lesson" on all the great features. We would recommend Tim highly! And West County Volvo made the buying process a very pleasant one and exceeded our expectations. More

Tom was more than willing to stay as long as it took us to explore the cars we were interested in and was able to answer our questions and provide friendly, no-pressure service. We not only returned to WC Volvo because we liked Volvo's, but we returned because we have an awesome sales rep that we work with. A few years back I was referred to Tom Calkins at WC Volvo, and since first meeting him we have purchased two vehicles. Not only is Tom up front and honest, but he is a very hard worker and makes sure all of his customers are taken care of. There also appears to be a team atmosphere at WC Volvo starting with Stephen the GM that makes the experience very easy on the customer; meaning there isn't a lot of back and forth and you don't have to meet with a ton of people. What I like most about Tom and WC Volvo is the service after the sale. I can call Tom anytime for anything I need and he will help me get it taken care of. At many other places you will never hear from the sales rep again after signing the papers. Volvo is coming out with very cool vehicles, so if you are in the market for a luxury car I recommend you giving WC Volvo and Tom an opportunity to earn your business. More

After a bad experience at another local dealership I was ready to forgo Volvo altogether. Decided last minute to give West County Volvo a chance, and I am glad I did. I met Tim Edwards, who was great from the start, not pushy (which I hate), very patient with me and my daughter, answered all the questions I had, got a great deal and was very comfortable to work with. Definitely made it a great experience and will recommend anyone looking for a car to consider Volvo at this dealership and to work with Tim. I will definitely be coming back in the future! More

So he found the right car for our growing family, and at a price that fit the budget we explained. His creative and patient attitude allowed us to wait for the right deal to come our way. He brought the car to us for a test drive at our home, and delivered it to us a few weeks later, even picking up our trade in! This compares to our experience with Dean Team Volvo, where negotiating a price at a desk at the dealership was uncomfortable and lacked transparency, and we didn't know we didn't get a good deal until a few weeks later, which was too late. Tom was a fantastic salesman, and we look forward to working with him again at West County Volvo! More
