Soon after we arrived at West County, we hit the jackpot when Tom Calkins greeted us. Within minutes, I could feel the stress melt away as Tom's intuitiveness and attention to detail quickly helped us zone in on the perfect S60. He was such a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to show us multiple vehicles. On the day that we picked up our new car, he set everything up for us in the car, even making some adjustments to settings to ensure the car's features were how we wanted them and so that we didn't have to read the manual first to change them ourselves. His passion for Volvo made me go from "stressed" to "excited" about shopping for a new Volvo. He even followed up with us the next day (a Sunday) to make sure everything was going well with the new car and to see if we had any questions. Everyone we worked with at West County was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about Volvo, and we liked the fact that most of the staff had worked there a number of years. We were also very impressed by the selection of in-stock Volvos that West County had to offer. The cars were meticulously clean inside and out.
