Great experience once again Yesterday I traded at Suntrup West County Volvo for about the 7th or 8th time. I lost track since, for me, it isn’t a question where I will purchase m Yesterday I traded at Suntrup West County Volvo for about the 7th or 8th time. I lost track since, for me, it isn’t a question where I will purchase my next car. Nor is it a question that I will call Tom Calkins. Yes, he is busy, yes he sells a lot of Volvo autos. The basic reason, in my opinion, for his success is simple. He enjoys his clients, gets to know them and Is their advocate. If he is able to do something for you, there is no question that he will. Period. I enjoy Volvo autos and have actually had a couple, in the past, save me & my wife from severe injury or worse. Being sandwiched while sitting in traffic stinks. At least i’m Here to write about it. I would add that I have a good relationship with the Service Dept. At times they have bent over backwards to assist me. I do endeavor to not be one of those clients who yells and screams. Unless you’ve discovered levitation abilities, I doubt yelling will solve a problem or fix a car. More
