I recently purchased a new Volvo and my salesman, Tom, was a true pleasure. Within 5 minutes of me describing the car I would like, he was pulling up the exact car that I would test drive and purchase. I was a true pleasure. I loved everything about the car except the visibly noticeable scratches on the rims. Understanding this car was pre-owned, I asked Tom if they could do anything to lessen the scratches, he couldn’t promise perfection, but certainly put in the effort. When I got my car back, all of the scratches were gone which would have been virtually impossible. Tom took the extra steps to have my rims completely replaced and I’m very appreciative. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for a windshield wiper issue. Joe Strosnider kept me informed throughout and made sure everything was excellent. It was great working with Tom in sales, my wife and I really appreciated the service he gave us. It was also a pleasure meeting Joe in the service department. He kept me well informed regarding repairs d really appreciated the service he gave us. It was also a pleasure meeting Joe in the service department. He kept me well informed regarding repairs during a recent visit, in which I was offered a loaner car. The only issues that I encountered was that while I was waiting in the show room after a service repair, a couple of the salesmen had some loud and heated words with one another. It was as though they were completely unaware of guest or they just didn't care. Very unprofessional. Also, the loaner car that I was offered until my repair was complete wasn’t cleaned on the inside or outs. I mentioned the condition of the car to Joe and he called for a porter to take care of it.. After the porter returned the car, I noticed that it still wasn't cleaned well, Rather rehashing the issue I took it and had it cleaned correctly. Luxury is paying attention to those kind of details.
