It was great working with Tom in sales, my wife and I really appreciated the service he gave us. It was also a pleasure meeting Joe in the service department. He kept me well informed regarding repairs d really appreciated the service he gave us. It was also a pleasure meeting Joe in the service department. He kept me well informed regarding repairs during a recent visit, in which I was offered a loaner car. The only issues that I encountered was that while I was waiting in the show room after a service repair, a couple of the salesmen had some loud and heated words with one another. It was as though they were completely unaware of guest or they just didn't care. Very unprofessional. Also, the loaner car that I was offered until my repair was complete wasn’t cleaned on the inside or outs. I mentioned the condition of the car to Joe and he called for a porter to take care of it.. After the porter returned the car, I noticed that it still wasn't cleaned well, Rather rehashing the issue I took it and had it cleaned correctly. Luxury is paying attention to those kind of details.
