I recently purchased a new Volvo and my salesman, Tom, was a true pleasure. Within 5 minutes of me describing the car I would like, he was pulling up the exact car that I would test drive and purchase. I was a true pleasure. Within 5 minutes of me describing the car I would like, he was pulling up the exact car that I would test drive and purchase. I loved everything about the car except the visibly noticeable scratches on the rims. Understanding this car was pre-owned, I asked Tom if they could do anything to lessen the scratches, he couldn’t promise perfection, but certainly put in the effort. When I got my car back, all of the scratches were gone which would have been virtually impossible. Tom took the extra steps to have my rims completely replaced and I’m very appreciative.
