This is the 3rd Volvo I have purchased from here. I get my service done here too. I have never had a bad experience. Though I wish I could say that when I bought my Chevy truck last month, but that's anoth my service done here too. I have never had a bad experience. Brian was great to work with, he answered all of my questions in email and I was in and out of the dealer in about 30 minutes. I think that was the fastest so far. But then again, I knew exactly what I wanted and found the exact S80 I wanted on their website. I'm sure I'll be back again after the lease expires on this one. Mike More
