They are fair, honest, and dont give you the hard sell. I went to the dealership because someone had recommended Ed Sarecky to me. He runs the Volvo dealership and he could not have been easier to deal with. I didn't know if I wanted an SUV or a Sedan, to lease or to buy. Ed sat down with me and explained the pros and cons of both and I ended up getting a great deal on a S80 Sedan. We also talked about different cars and dealerships and Ed was very honest and not pushy about giving me his opinion...... After we decided to get the S80 he then put me through to Kelly Rogers who drew up the lease and made the process very easy. I love the car even though it has about 70 gadgets I haven't figured out yet. I would recommend Herb Gordon Volvo to anyone and specifically Ed Sarecky. He made the entire process not only tolerable, but actually enjoyable. More

I decided on options and a price I'd take without haggling and went to the dealer. I was treated well from the get-go. When Brian Thomas, the salesman, needed to help another customer finish a delivery, the manager Allan Hannon, stepped in. Without being pushy, he assessed my preferences, made recommendations that made sense as to my choices in options, and wrote the deal for his salesman. I made an offer, we haggled in a friendly way, and I wound up with almost the price I pre-decided to take without haggle. The car was special ordered, and the manager made every effort to let me know where the car was as it went through the build and delivery process. The manager had a chance to get an immediate build slot, but I had not made a final decision on a particular option. He took his best guess, and, at his risk, ordered the car. He guessed right, and as a result I got the car several weeks faster. During the build and delivery period, I was never put off on any request, and I could talk with either the salesman or the manager. The staff worked well together and supported each other. Additional accessories were added at invoice cost while the car was being built and shipped, and financing was arranged at significantly better terms than I could get anywhere else, even with excellent credit. I was never pressured, period. I was never offered products or options that did not make sense from my own financial or personal use standpoint. I don't know what could have been done better. I'm happy to recommend this dealership for sales. I must admit that I hope to have to wait a long time to find out about the quality of the service department. I expect that it will live up to the same standards. More

What a wonderful experience from the team at Herb Gordon! I was looking for a Volvo at an agressive price point and was unable to find one after several months of searching. Brian suggested a car that I felt would be a compromise but as Kelly Rogers and I looked at it and dialogued what I was compromising, I realized that the compromises were very manageable. Brian closed the transaction. I need to recognize the professionalism of Kelly. I honestly don't think I would own this car if it weren't for the time and approach she used. She just sat with me in the car as I worked through if that particular car was the right fit for me. Her calm and through approach is what sold me that car. Brian was friendly and full of positive energy which broke some of the nervousness of a big purchase. When Brian became distracted, Ed Sarecky spent time with me in conversation about Volvo. This was nice not to be left alone. But the icing in the cake was when I returned for service on a scheduled day and my appointment hadn't been made. Once Alan Hanon got wind of this, he bolted into action. Never a question for me, he just solved the problem by scheduling my car, by getting me a loaner even when they were out, and by stepping me through the entire process personally. When I returned, he took over 45 minutes of his time to step through the features of my 'bare basic' car with the attention and focus as though I purchased the most expensive car in the lot. He made me feel that I was the most important customer he had. I've been in sales and understand the value of customer satisfaction. But, Alan and Kelly went well beyond and exceeded my expectations. I couldn't have had a more positive experience. This is the first Volvo I have owned, I don't think I will ever drive another brand. I live in a large community and have shared my experience with multiple neighbors. I will recommend Herb Gordon and Alan to everyone anyone looking for a car. As my teenagers begin to drive and assume my XC90, I've got my eye on that convertible! Thank you for the wonderful customer service! More

Our service was outstanding because every staff member we encountered during our visit to the dealership was courteous and professional at all times during our sales transaction. We had decided on one vehicle but after searching the internet while at the dealership for comparisons we located a vehicle at another dealership that had the color and features that we wanted. We explained this to the GM who upon learning what our requirements were; located a vehicle meeting those requirements at his dealership. The salesperson and GM did not prolong the process with us with pricing back and forth. We asked them for their best price, and Mr. Sarecky, the GM provided us with an excellent price, and we elected to purchase the vehicle at Herb Gordon. In addition to getting everything we required in the vehicle, it saved us a trip to another location and impressed us the Mr. Sarecky was willing to work with us to obtain our business. Mr. Sarecky provided us with exceptional service and went beyond our expectations in providing us with exceptional value for our purchase. Our time at the dealership was not prolonged by unnecessary waiting, but the entire process was completed in a timely manner. The salesperson Mr. Thomas took time to provide us with all the pertinent information about the vehicle we purchased and provided an in-depth demonstration of the vehicle's functions. Overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience at Herb Gordon Volvo. More

This is the 3rd Volvo I have purchased from here. I get my service done here too. I have never had a bad experience.
