Great experience. I started at the Annapolis dealership but felt like I was an inconvenience. In fact the woman I spoke with showed very little interest in helping so I left within five minutes. I drove forty minutes out of my way to purchase a car because service matters. From the moment I walked in to the Herb Gordon showroom I was greeted with enthusiasm and professionalism. Within minutes, Alan and Neil both understood what I was looking for and provided great options. They both took great care to show me all the various models and articulated the benefits of each. It was a great experience and within a half-hour I made a decision to purchase a vehicle and have been very happy with the decision to buy my first Volvo, and certainly not my last, from a dealership that treats its customers with professionalism, care and courtesy. Once we made our first offer, the sales manager Alan Hannon was brought over to close discussion. This is so much better than the back-and-forth we have all experienced. They invited us to have a catered lunch with the sales staff, while we were waiting for the paperwork to be completed. We were out of the dealership in 2 hours from test drive to driving off. The total package is very attractive. The Volvo service contract was one extra, and it pays for all scheduled maintenance. It was about $1500. While you have the car in (even if you don't buy that package), you get a free loaner--a big plus. We will not hesitate to purchase our next Volvo there! More

We drive 45 minutes instead of going to Koons right up the street from us..our experience at Koons has been horrible for sales..lied to..and service...no loaners, don't fix things right, disrespectful.
