Mr. Hulsizer was very inforamtive, welcoming, friendly, and patient throughout our shopping experience. I went to Herb Gordon Volvo 'looking' for a car. I had seen the S40 online and had done my homework. My daughter and I went there on a Thursday evening to look at the car, we walked into the showroom and seen the S40 online and had done my homework. I had done my homework online, talked with Jim and saw this car Thursday - test drove and closed the deal on Friday. Jim was professional, extremely knowledgeable, humorous, and a genuine person not your typical 'salesman'. I appreciated that last part the most since I was not really die hard in the market at the time for an new car. Once things were explained to me about my trade in, and about the car I was interested in purchasing the decision was clear. I had figured out what I would like my payments to be, and how much I could afford being a single parent with a teenage daughter. I was given the vehicle's history and my questions/concerns about the vehicle were addressed immediately and without hesitation.
