I can’t speak more highly of the people here I dealt with. I drove 50 miles from Frederick to Silver Spring, dreading what might happen to spoil my buying experience the entire way. I worked with 4 knowledgeable professionals by the names of Drew Jacobson, Steve Haywood, Bryan Liddiard and Craig Kates, and have nothing but good things to say about them. I can honestly and unhesitatingly state that every one of them acted with the utmost respect and went out of their way to help me, without even once even seeming pushy, and believe me I’ve dealt with enough car dealers to know the bad ones. They made me a fair offer on my trade and the price on the 2008 Mustang I purchased was more than fair as well. The car I purchased was well below one of the new beautiful Volvo's setting in their showroom, but they treated me as well as I could have expected to be were I purchasing a $75,000 car. I had some credit hiccups a while back, but their managers could see that I'm a hard working decent person and fought hard to get me a good interest rate and did so. These people know how to run a car dealership. I will make sure I tell everyone I know that I got my gorgeous (almost) new Mustang from Herb Gordon and that I could not possibly recommend a car dealership more highly. These guys get a 10 out of 10 on every possible measurement. More

We have been buying cars since 1963 and ths is by far THE BEST experience we have ever had. Never have we walked out of a dealership feeling SO GOOD. In addition, the prices are more than fair. I had been on the internet and visited other dealerships and NO ONE could even come close. In this day and time, does it make a difference? Indeed it does! I visited this dealership today, 18 July 2011, and when I arrived, I parked and immediately went to the parking lot to look at new vehicles. I looked at just about every car on the lot. After no one came o arrived, I parked and immediately went to the parking lot to look at new vehicles. I looked at just about every car on the lot. After no one came out to inquire as to why I was there, I went into the dealership. I then proceeded to look at several cars on the floor. The place was like a ghost town. There may have been two folks there and neither one offered any assistance. With that said, business must be booming over there, because they missed a potential sales opportunity. I really take offense to that type of customer service and so, at that point, I was done. I eventually left the dealership and will look Volvo's at one of the other dealerships. More

We were looking for a hardtop convertible and liked the reviews we had read in the car magazines. I went online and found that Herb Gordon had a selection of hardtops for us to look at. They transferred me to Jim Boratenski and he was very friendly and helpful on the phone so we scheduled an appointment to come in. My husband and I came in and fell in love with one of the cars on the showroom floor. Jim and Brian were really helpful and we arranged in no time our tradeins and went home with the the Volvo C70 Hardtop convertible and my husband is in love.
