Volvo exceeded our expectations with our annual service. As per usual Navid was a great coordinator for this work and the loaner car arrangements. As per usual Navid was a great coordinator for this work and the loaner car arrangements. More

No service appointments for weeks so I stopped by, because I knew the problem I had would require them to order a new part and I didn't want to wait 2 weeks just for them to look at the car and tell m because I knew the problem I had would require them to order a new part and I didn't want to wait 2 weeks just for them to look at the car and tell me I need to wait even longer. The person who helped me promised me that they'd order the part so by the time my appointment day came, the part would be there. Then I found out on the day of my appointment they never ordered anything, and the person was basically making up stuff to get rid of me. I went around and around the phone system, getting dropped off, transferred, etc several times. One nice guy really tried to help but he didn't have access to the scheduling system to fit me in, and promised that someone would call back so I could be scheduled for the earliest slot. I never got a callback. I'm going to give up on Seattle and going to Lynnwood. More
Purchase nightmare from end to end. After traveling 5 hours from across the state, my wife and I traded in our Highlander for an XC40 Recharge. When we finally settled on the right After traveling 5 hours from across the state, my wife and I traded in our Highlander for an XC40 Recharge. When we finally settled on the right vehicle, the day was ending so we waited until the next day to finalize the sale. On the next day, the paperwork was issued for the wrong VIN - something that wouldn’t have been addressed had i not done a full review before driving off the lot. Furthermore the car was not fully working, requiring an hour of shop time, nor fully charged, as I had asked them to do the night before. After a month passed, we had received no financing documentation from the lender to make payments. Trying to get a response from the dealer was impossible - 4 calls over 3 days were left unreturned as we grew increasingly concerned. It took intervention from Volvo Corporate for someone to finally answer our question - and assure us that the first month was paid at purchase, and I would receive the paperwork shortly. Except it wasn’t okay. A month later, we still hadn’t received the registration for our car, which was due to expire in a week. Our local licensing office couldn’t extend the registration. 4 more calls over 3 days, and still no calls were returned (including to the county auditor’s office!). Finally, a finance manager called asking us to resign the financing contract, indicating it was done incorrectly. He was unaware of the many other calls I had placed. While finally having a manager on the phone, i indicated i needed a new and final registration, as Washington law requires titling of a vehicle within 45 days of sale. On both phone and via an email message, I indicated I needed a registration so I could legally drive the car. An initial attempts to resign the revised paperwork (because of the dealer’s mistake) failed because the manager couldn’t properly use docusign. I returned the financing agreement he wanted signed, but he then never replied again. After setting a deadline of end of business the next day — and having communicated the same via phone and email - I received no response. I will have to drive 5 hours to Seattle next week to get this resolved. I can’t recommend this dealer. After my experience I have no confidence in their competence or ability to do their job. More

I wouldn’t recommend the dealership unless it proved to be convenient. Service is mediocre, appointments are always several weeks out, loaner cars are usually unavailable, and they no longer wash customer cars. I’ve had a number of issues with past services and usually leave feeling like I have been taken advantage of. It’s location is it’s saving grace but despite that we will likely go in a different direction rather than choose another Volvo. Having said all of that, our last service advisor was very accommodating despite being short staffed and an initial misstep with scheduling. Word of advice, if you are short staffed and want to reschedule a customers appointment, call at least the day before. More
I felt I was taken care of, compared to Bellevue Volvo where I was taken advantage of. Great clear expectations about time and cost, extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. where I was taken advantage of. Great clear expectations about time and cost, extremely polite and knowledgeable staff. More
Navid from service and Cam from sales are terrific. Exceptional quality of service and communications from the service department. Sales were incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Exceptional quality of service and communications from the service department. Sales were incredibly helpful and attentive without being overbearing. you can tell the dealer is there to help you find the right car, not for them to make a sale. Leo, the sales manager, is outstanding. He’s beyond flexible and accommodating. I can’t wait to buy my 3rd Volvo. Thank you Volvo of Seattle. More
