My service appointment was scheduled within 1 day of the request. I was given a complete explanation of the work that would be done and an estimate of the cost, both at the time a called to make an appoint request. My car was serviced at a new location, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the location offered complimentary shuttle service to and from the dealership. I had a great experience. Kevin met met when I walked in. I was a waiter and the Mechanic took the car to be serviced before I could walk over to the sales floor. 1/2 hour later, my LOF was done and the car I was a waiter and the Mechanic took the car to be serviced before I could walk over to the sales floor. 1/2 hour later, my LOF was done and the car was washed and waiting for me. I bought my 1998 Volvo in 2000 and still enjoy driving it. The car simply fits me. The Ravenna service staff has always treated me with utmost respect and explained things to me in a language I could understand. Car service is expensive, but I feel I get my money's worth from Ravenna. When my husband and I decided we needed an all wheel drive vehicle, we considered other makes. By the time we had the options we felt we needed, other cars, while starting out with a lower sticker price, ended up being comparably priced. Again, the sales staff (Dick and Isaac) treated us with the same respect and honesty we get from Ravenna's service staff. And, JC worked his magic to make our loan happen. If I could give an even higher recommendation than all 'greats' I would. I find every aspect of Ravenna Volvo to be stellar. More
Although I rated the quality of work a 5 and the price a 5 this is my first visit to Ravenna Volvo and time will tell concerning the Quality of the work. Overall the experience was good but I would like to mention the following: At your facility in downtown Seatlle everytime I brought my vehicl in for service they would was the exterior. I always found this to be a really nice touch on behalf of the dealership. If my car was washed during this service call it is very hard to tell. I drive from Federal Way to bring my parents car in to your service department. My parents live in Elma, Washington and could go to Topping Volvo in Olympia but I have told them that you are a better dealership and service department. I hope that this will continue to be the case when you combine the two service departments. I have used the downtown facility for several years and was not expecting to be scheduled for the Ravenna facility but decided to try you out since your combining anyway. Thank you for your time. AC auto climate fan control not functioning. AC service was performed which resulted in discovery of significant dust buildup around cabin temp sensor; svc cleaned. After arriving at Ravenna Volvo, I realized I actually made my service appointment at Seattle Volvo. The service rep at Ravenna Volvo said he would work my service in the day's schedule so I didn't have made my service appointment at Seattle Volvo. The service rep at Ravenna Volvo said he would work my service in the day's schedule so I didn't have to travel to Seattle Volvo. When I requested, he also provided a loaner car without my making a prior reservation for it. These accommodations were all made in a friendly supportive manner. More

Brian in the Service Department, along with Ravenna's senior managers, have gone to extraordinary lengths to solve a particularly difficult situation with my 2004 Volvo T-5. I moved to Seattle nine years ago and have been with a dealership in Bellevue, Washington but when my problem was presented to them it fell on deaf ears. That's when I made an appointment with Byers Ravenna. They have placed my concerns above their needs and have been truly remarkable. I am their newest client and champion of their dealership. I went to Volvo Ravenna using the Costco program to buy a new car , it was one of the smoothest experiences ever , Small dealership not over the top. very friendly salesman not pushy at all , very honest an new car , it was one of the smoothest experiences ever , Small dealership not over the top. very friendly salesman not pushy at all , very honest and knowledgeable about the car , the financial department person was excellent as well; they worked with me to give me the best deal possible based on my credit .
