At my dealership in Culver City where I purchased my car the service man always come out to greet you. The waiting area Is cramped and stuffy, So I walked about 75 yards over to the main show room to wait there. I asked the serviceman if they did complimentary car wash it’s like they do at my dealership in LA. He told me that because of some kind a plumbing issue they don’t do it, when I got my car back it had a bunch of very dirty water stains all over my car that were not there when I brought it in like they had set it under something that was dripping water . I really didn’t appreciate the fact that no one even bothered to wipe the dirty water off my car More
