Everyone in the service department is friendly, helpful and no-pressure. I trust that they are only recommending work that truly needs to be done and not inflating the urgency on any of it. Just recently I was in for my 100K mile service anticipating bad (expensive) news, but left with a simple list of possible future fixes and cost estimates so I could plan for them. Will continue to drive Volvo and service my current and future cars with Bob Byers. More

Quick Service, but no map service The service was quick but they were unable to update the SENSUS navigation map.
