Everyone in the service department is friendly, helpful and no-pressure. I trust that they are only recommending work that truly needs to be done and not inflating the urgency on any of it. Just recently I was in for my 100K mile service anticipating bad (expensive) news, but left with a simple list of possible future fixes and cost estimates so I could plan for them.
