We have 2 Volvos - a 2010 XC60 and a 2024 XC90, both purchased through Volvo Cars Seattle with the "Overseas Purchase" program. Over the years, we have had all the services completed by the dealership purchased through Volvo Cars Seattle with the "Overseas Purchase" program. Over the years, we have had all the services completed by the dealership and can attest to their professionalism and desire to ensure that the service was completed to my satisfaction. I've worked with nearly all the customer service advisors, under the service management of Adam Sassnet, and I would rate them amongst the best in automobile service, having had Fords before my addiction to Volvos. If we get a chance, we hope to purchase another Volvo to replace the 2010 in a few years through the Overseas Purchase program! More
