I worked with Hunter Yerks to order a 2023 XC40 Recharge Pure Electric. Hunter has been so great throughout this whole process! There was a period when I wasn't sure about moving forward with placing an order, and Hunter respected that. When I was ready, I reached out to Hunter again, and he was kind enough to walk me through the process and answered all of my many, many questions. I had been to a few dealerships when seeking out what car to buy (Genesis/Mercedes/Lexus) but only this location actually provided a luxury dealership experience. I had also called many other Volvo dealershi to buy (Genesis/Mercedes/Lexus) but only this location actually provided a luxury dealership experience. I had also called many other Volvo dealerships to compare prices, but they all added tons of unnecessary add-ons such as tow hitches or otherwise marked up their MSRP by thousands of dollars. Santa Monica Volvo thankfully had none of the forced add-ons and they also only sold at MSRP. Not only that, but their finance department (Bryant Perez) was extremely upfront, honest, and transparent about everything. Night and day difference from when I had bought my last car from Culver City Mazda/Volvo (who tried to employ tricky tactics). Hunter is very personable and is a great listener. He will help you find the right type of car to buy based on what you're looking for. Will buy from here again in the future. More

A very low key, professional staff and environment. John Yona is the best associate because he was knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and I NEVER felt like he was doing a hard sell.
