This was made for a date and time very convenient to me along with the offer of a loaner car. When I dropped off the car a loaner was again offered and an anticipated completion time was given. I received a call when my car was ready that all was good but that the technician recommended new wiper blades and what the added cost would be, which I agreed was required and fair. When I picked my car up it was clean, parked near the front door, all work was completed as discussed and for the exact charges agreed. More

Quick and pleasant service. I noticed over the weekend that one of my tires was reading low pressure on the screen in front of me. So after putting air in the tire twice and the I noticed over the weekend that one of my tires was reading low pressure on the screen in front of me. So after putting air in the tire twice and the warning light was still on I called the dealership.. As it was late Saturday afternoon the service department was closed. The receptionist told me she would leave the service department a note that I would be calling Monday. I called early Monday and was told to come in . Unfortunately for me I had to replace the tire as it had a nail in it but while I was there they fixed a problem with the hatch that I had received a recall notice on but was told to wait for further instructions.. Thus saving me another trip. All done in a timely and courteous manner. More
