First off everyone is very friendly from the reception desk all the way to the General Manager. My salesperson Chris Manrell was spectacular. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He was honest, friendly, and upfront about all costs. One thing about this dealership is that there are no hidden costs. It's the price of the vehicle, taxes, finance charge, and dealer fees which are very reasonable. The whole process went very quick and smooth from the sale all the way to the paperwork. Joanna Grimaldi was also spectacular. She explained all the paperwork as I was signing and it went very quickly. She also was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I asked and went over the different extended warranties that Volvo offers. I am very glad to continue to be part of this Volvo family, and I look forward to saying hi to Chris and Joanna every time I come in for service. More

First Rate Service & Assistance I had the unfortunate experience of damaging my tire after hitting a large pothole. After getting advice from the Service Department, Volvo Roadside A I had the unfortunate experience of damaging my tire after hitting a large pothole. After getting advice from the Service Department, Volvo Roadside Assistance came to my workplace and changed out the damaged tire with the spare. I then drove to the dealership, where I was immediately helped by Sean Trembly. Sean quickly had the tire replaced and I was on my way shortly thereafter. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Additionally he helped me schedule a follow-up service. It should be noted that as this was an emergent matter for me, I didn’t have a service appointment. Still the staff went out of their way to help me. Special thanks to the technician that helped me as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and Service Department! Thank you very much and keep up the good work. More
