He was honest, friendly, and upfront about all costs. One thing about this dealership is that there are no hidden costs. It's the price of the vehicle, taxes, finance charge, and dealer fees which are very reasonable. The whole process went very quick and smooth from the sale all the way to the paperwork. Joanna Grimaldi was also spectacular. She explained all the paperwork as I was signing and it went very quickly. She also was very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all the questions I asked and went over the different extended warranties that Volvo offers. I am very glad to continue to be part of this Volvo family, and I look forward to saying hi to Chris and Joanna every time I come in for service. More
