I dealt with Bill Massa. 80 had him bring out two other cars and work up quotes for not one but three different cars. I believe a lot of salesman would have gotten frustrated but Bill kept reassuring me t cars and work up quotes for not one but three different cars. I believe a lot of salesman would have gotten frustrated but Bill kept reassuring me that he was here only to find me the car that a loved. We did find my car and I drove it home. On side note talking to Bill on the phone he was pleasant and very helpful and for this reason only was why I drove 80 miles to this dealership. It was worth the trip. Sean was professional and helpful. Original issue was not fixed. For a Volvo, this 2012 XC 60 has too many expensive problems. Car not cleaned after $3k service.
