My car won’t start I called they said my car had to be towed service person said they would get back to me that day. Which they did not. I called after the long weekend and was told the technician was not towed service person said they would get back to me that day. Which they did not. I called after the long weekend and was told the technician was not in. I called again and was told that The car needed -a total software update. 5 days after it was towed I was called to pick it up and it was very dirty from the construction. Very disappointing More
