I have been without a car for 6 months due to a small accident that needed body work a day then damage down to the wiring harness in the door repair. I was extremely pleased at the professionalism and care I received at Gilbert Volvo. I dropped my car off for some minor service, and I was offered an office to work out of for the day. We scheduled a service to coincide with a glass windshield replacement for Wednesday, July 5. But as it turned out, the auto glass company never showed, and then your service department never call windshield replacement for Wednesday, July 5. But as it turned out, the auto glass company never showed, and then your service department never called us to let us know that Glass was not going to be fixed or that they were not going to service the car. So come 4:30ish pm we realised we had not yet heard from Volvo service about our vehicle, so we called and Kevin was gone so Ian spoke with a different agent who filled us in that the car didn't get its windshield repaired and when we got to the dealer shop they told Ian the car was not scheduled to be serviced when we know it was and I witnessed that it was scheduled to be's serviced because I was there when my husband placed the call to the service department to schedule it. They then denied it was scheduled. But they never apologized for the mistake of not communicating what had happened and now saying that the windshield repair shop was supposed to call and let us know, but they never called either! What bothers us both the most, though is how unprofessional the gentleman were and how they denied that the car was never serviced when they knew full. Well, we wanted to have the windshield and the service done together, and instead, they argued with my husband and tried to deny it, but then There was on the sheet showing that was to be serviced, but when we went back the next day or two days later, it was deleted so there's no proof instead they just mocked my husband behind his back when he was leaving. I'm very reluctant to return to the service department because they're so disrespectful to their customers who pay their bills. I can't be sure I can trust him to do a good job servicing my vehicle now. More
