Came in for 40,000 mile service. Tech did not correctly bolt under splash back in place. Got 5 miles down the road and under splash is dragging on road. Brought back and tech secured it with the 3 bolts he did not install before I left. When new under splash arrived, 2 weeks later, install took about 3 hours. After Volvo car wash, I noticed all of my things that were on my floor board was thrown onto my seats. Including my gun. Extremely unprofessional, will go to Scottsdale from now on More

First time in and overall experience could have been better for a luxry vehicle. I'll give benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an off day and try Gilbert Volvo again but thought I'd share my feedback better for a luxry vehicle. I'll give benefit of the doubt that maybe it was an off day and try Gilbert Volvo again but thought I'd share my feedback. I was first up at 7am for standard maintenance oil change oil change. Check in was fine and complimentary waiting area was very nice. Had my work laptop and appreciate free wifi to work while waiting for service, which I was told would be 1.5 hours. It was after 10am when I got my vehicle back and I had to check twice on it; much longer than expected which was fine but no one communicated this; I had to cancel another appt and had to check in on it twice to see what was going on. When I did get my vehicle back (washed), there was a huge bird poo right on hood. Again nbd but if you're going to wash, it was odd that they wouldn't do a quick wipe before handing it back bc it was so obvious (also not there when I dropped off). No big deal, I wiped it clean and got in vehicle. The problem is that there was still a service message on dash about Parking Assist Temporarily Unavailable. This wasn't discussed with me yet I was given a full quote for tires not needed for immediate future. I had already been at the shop over 3 hours so I didn't bother going back in to inquire why this wasn't checked or communicated to me. I have another appt for an under-warranty part so figured I'd address it then. Again nothing major but just overall experience and feeling of lack of general care didn't leave me with the best feeling after. Everyone has off days and I'd come back and try again :) More

I was having oil consumption test done when the 1 quart low warning came. I called when it came on and they gave me an appointment three weeks from the day I called. It was a quart and half low. Now waiting for manufacturer to schedule for repairs. No way could could I have gotten an appointment the next day. The staff is very nice.there is a factory default in 3 years of the model and I have one of those models a 2016 that is using oil of 2 1/2 quarts in two months with no leaks. I know Volvo is a great company and I know they are aware of this defect and will repair it. I really like my Volvo! More
