Sales specialist Chris Liston didn’t give us the agreed price and I discovered it after I already wrote the check. I offered to write another check but he said we'll do the paperwork again and I didn't wan price and I discovered it after I already wrote the check. Well, the refund is taking a long time and Chris is unresponsive to my inquiry. He said before we bought the car that their dealership is all about building customer relationship..this customer is very disappointed! More

Do not buy from Volvo Cars of Bellevue! They were so disorganized- it took hours and hours to get pricing. They said our car was just off the truck so we would get it in a day— we had to call repeatedly disorganized- it took hours and hours to get pricing.
