I bought a 2018 hybrid xc90 that had so many issues within the first 4 months that I was very upset. The service manager worked with me on the car and then helped me with the sales team to move me int within the first 4 months that I was very upset. The service manager worked with me on the car and then helped me with the sales team to move me into another car. They put me in a 2021 with 11,000 miles dealership loaner and split the lost so I only paid 1,500 more. Not many dealership would do this!!!! I Honest dealership that stood behind their car and made the situation right. I can not recommend them enough!!!! This situation could have gone so wrong for me and I could have lost 15,000 dollars. I can not express how much I appreciate what they did!!! Great service manager, great general manager and great sales person Andrew. More
Put us on hold while trying to arrange shuttle for 20 minutes before we decided to hang up. Called back and left a voice mail.
