BUYER BEWARE! In September 2019 we purchased a 2016 VW Tiguan from this dealership. At the time of signing, an extended warranty was sold to us. We emailed and phon In September 2019 we purchased a 2016 VW Tiguan from this dealership. At the time of signing, an extended warranty was sold to us. We emailed and phoned the following morning to have this policy cancelled and those funds returned. We received email confirmation on 2 October 2019 that the cancellation was processed and that funds in the amount of $2721.88 would be returned to us within 7-8 weeks. We've been waiting now for nearly THREE MONTHS for this refund. We started phoning and emailing the dealership again in early December 2019. As of today, none of those calls nor emails have been returned. We seek assistance in retrieving the promised funds. We love the car. We did NOT, however, love our experience at Atlantic VW. Between the frustration at not yet receiving this promised refund, encountering what felt like a bait and switch from internet price to the price quote on site, and driving off the lot with half a tank of gas, this feels for us like a place to avoid. BUYER BEWARE. More
