With a 4 hrs drive ,I really liked the car which I bought on 05/05/22 ( VW atlas) , However, I am extremely disappointed with the purchase experience with Shoumeer (Sales) as were there a lot of commu bought on 05/05/22 ( VW atlas) , However, I am extremely disappointed with the purchase experience with Shoumeer (Sales) as were there a lot of communication gap still not addressed . Here are my open concerns. 1. As per CPO certification checklist, both keys need to be handed over to customer. I haven’t got any response regarding ETA when the second key will be available. 2. While I was driving back home after my purchase ,at speeds more than 60 miles/ hr there was a heavy vibration on steering wheel when the brakes are applied. Possible warped out rotor/ brakes! 3. There is a deep scratch and a ding which were already discussed and it’s been agreed that it will be fixed . 4. Suspension feels noisy and lose. Doesn’t feel like it absorbs the impacts. I do have follow up appointment on 05/16 to address above concerns .. This review will be continued after the scheduled appointment.. More

I would recommend Volkswagen of West Islip my sales man is Greg Spiciati is was fabulous professional he always answers all my questions and concerns I would recommend him to everyone and I’m going to. Dealership trades in all they stereotypical “car salesman” tropes. One of the most flagrantly dishonest bait and switches I’ve fallen for in a long time. After making an appointment and receiving close to a dozen confirmation texts, I was made to wait around an hour by the salesman who must happen to get all the text leads. Other salesman were free yet he insisted I wait for him. In the meantime I did test drive a nice Tiguan. It was rushed back via text only to be made to wait, again, while other associates just milled around. When the salesman showed me numbers, having not even yet ran my credit, the costs to lease a modest suv were more expensive, by hundreds of dollars per month, than the BMW I’m currently in. Flat out was told “corporate advertises deals and specials that we simply do not accept”.” I was nothing less than insulted for the lack of respect for my intelligence and time. More
Shady business practices. Went to purchase a pre-owned car and had to walk away, even though we loved the car. They reneged on warranty and kept trying to upsell extended warranty after repeated refusals car and had to walk away, even though we loved the car. They also increased the price $5000 and claimed we saw the internet price and had to finance with them. This seems a common practice. Don't waste your time More

I came to this dealership first. And was greeted by Mark. What a true gentleman. Always answered my questions (which was a lot). He went out of his way to help me. I was thankful for all the pictures I recei What a true gentleman. Always answered my questions (which was a lot). He went out of his way to help me. I was thankful for all the pictures I received before deciding on my 2021 Tiguan. They offered me the most for my 2010 Camry. Overall a great experience. I love my compact SUV. More
