Don't go unless you want to be promised one deal then held against your will when they try to change it (holding your trade in paperwork hostage so they keep you in there) and then they try to get more $ held against your will when they try to change it (holding your trade in paperwork hostage so they keep you in there) and then they try to get more $ out of you every month. Absolutely ridiculous process with an awful Finance team. Sales team was super nice, but sadly the Finance Team is a completely different story. More
Dont go unless you want to be told exactly how to finance your car and treated like you don't know what's best for yourself. they'll tell you the bank will only allow you to put down 20% to approve the loan your car and treated like you don't know what's best for yourself. they'll tell you the bank will only allow you to put down 20% to approve the loan (a lie) and tell you that its the same monthly payment and out of pocket cost if you just pay the money towards a 7 year loan rather than putting it towards the down payment on a 3 year loan (a massive lie). Still waiting for my $500 deposit back. Christina Canale is who I worked with and who tried to feed me the lies, watch out for her!! Good luck to everyone else. More
They are deceptive in advertising. They advertised a used car for $24,000 and when I went and looked at it all of a sudden it became $28,800. They add on a "Reconditioning Fee" and other nonsense. I hate shopping for cars to begin with because of all the games dealers like this try to play. Like everyone that walks into the dealership is an idiot. They texted me later and said they're bottom line was $25,500 if I financed it through them. Thats still $1,500 over their advertised asking price. Sorry, I don't do business with somebody trying to rip me off More
Great experience buying my car here this week. Christina was excellent as was the rest of the team. She don’t do any sales pitch as she knew I knew what I wanted and let me make the decision that Christina was excellent as was the rest of the team. She don’t do any sales pitch as she knew I knew what I wanted and let me make the decision that was right for me. She made the whole process easy and I got a great deal on my trade in. Highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. More
This VW tried to tell me that they need to 'increase the price of the car because i'm financing through a credit union'. Which is illegal. MSRP was $21,773, got 1k off. Told me the final price BEFORE taxes/ price of the car because i'm financing through a credit union'. Which is illegal. MSRP was $21,773, got 1k off. Told me the final price BEFORE taxes/regi/etc was $25,018 with the $1889 reconditioning fee and the price increase due to financing through Jovia. Nothing was broken out by the finance manager (Jared Varnadore) in the purchase agreement (also illegal and after reading other reviews is a VERY common scenario). Would not recommend going here, but if you do, i'd HIGHLY suggest reviewing all documentation/fees/pricing before accepting any financing. I'm lucky that i had a similar purchase agreement from another dealership to compare the fees with! Sales staff was professional, but management and finance was horrible and sleazy. Heading back to Sunrise Toyota who told me about all fees upfront and properly broke out everything in their purchase agreement! At ST I was looking at a $26,900 vehicle, and after all taxes/fees/etc, the price to be finance before down payment was $29k and change. For the vehicle at VW with a MSRP of $21,773, the amount to be financed was $28,400. WATCH OUT PEOPLE! More

They both agreed on a price for me to buy a 2021 Genesis G70. That day they told me they didn’t have a title and that it would take about 2 weeks to get the title. I told Mark I wanted to put down a deposit 10 times throughout the three weeks and he said I couldn’t because they didn’t have the title(which they lied all along. They had the title there from the very beginning. And why couldn’t they take a deposit? It was all bull****!) they kept saying they would call me when the title was there. They NEVER called me and sold the car from under me. I called Tamer to complain and he told me I didn’t have a hold on it because I didn’t leave a deposit! Mark wouldn’t let me leave a deposit! They are complete crooks and totally unscrupulous. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE! This is the worst experience of my life buying a car. I’ve bought dozens of cars. More

Oddly enough I purchased a Camaro SS (must have been a trade in) from this Dealership. It was the right car at the right time in the right place. Called to confirm I was going to the dealership and running a little late, it was pouring rain and the belt parkway was flooded. It takes over an hour and a half to get there. Once there was told they sold the car earlier in the day. Communication at the dealership is obviously highly disorganized. I don't know if dishonorable or disorganized or simply incompetent salesperson but I lost a big chunk of my only day off. All they could offer was an apology. Not even a courtesy email with an apology and/or offer to rectify the situation with another deal. What happen to professionalism and customer service? More
