I would call every other day and leave messages for Victoria and she would not contact me until days later. I escalated my concern to her supervisor Chris about the lack of update and her response was I told Vicki to call you. When I did receive an update from Chris she advised my battery was no good. I advised I had a battery replaced by the Atlantic City VW service center. So Chris suggested I contact them for the service record. I did call Atlantic City and the service rep told me that the union service center could review those records as well. My best experience was speaking with the Atlantic City rep who faxed the invoice record of the battery install and called me back to advise she had sent the document. I can truly say the Union VW service center lacks customer service skills. More

FRAUD: Didn't refund my deposit and lied to my face. We (my wife, me and our three little babies) stopped in to get infos and a quote for an Atlas. Christian-Joseph told us that to get a quote we would n We (my wife, me and our three little babies) stopped in to get infos and a quote for an Atlas. Christian-Joseph told us that to get a quote we would need to place a deposit that we could get back independently of how we decide and wrote deposit refundable manually on the quote. It's just for internal processes to set up the quote, he said. After I came back four days later to tell him that we decided to get a used car instead and wanted the refund back he disappeared in the office and came back pretending he had processed the refund. The refund never made it to my credit card account. He also took my copy of the quote/contract in this process. I called him two times and asked for the status. He promised to get back and never did. What kind of people screw over young families with three little babies and kids? I will update this entry every day, until this issue is resolved. There is always the chance to get back on the honest path. More
