Excellent and Fast Sales Team, Zero Time Wasted. Excellent sales team. Called around multiple dealerships and got a solid quote. Horrible customer Satisfaction My experience was bad fro the beginning. After making my first trip from Brooklyn to Union NJ for nothing I should of known they’d tell me anything. My experience was bad fro the beginning. After making my first trip from Brooklyn to Union NJ for nothing I should of known they’d tell me anything. I was struggling to find the color and model I was interested in so I gave them a second chance. It didn’t get any better. They promised me a vehicle in 3-5 days and asked me to pay a transport fee, I agreed. Two weeks later still no car, no call. Finally after a few calls and emails I sent they reached out. It was then my car had arrived. It was then I picked it up and was called the next day because they wrote up the wrong VIN number on sales receipt. It was that which caused my plates and registration to get to me a few days after my temporary plate expired. At my OLD address at that. They said just drive well deal with the tickets. Dealership was just full of surprises and it got to the point where even the managers wouldn’t respond because they had nothing to say. More

Job came out right The car was fixed to my specifications. The only thing is they did not fix it on site. A+ service Ed Gonzalez me from the beginning to the end with servicing my 2015 GTI. I came in for a blown turbo and broken water pump. Not only did he give me the best service and maintained co start communication, but he was able to get me a discounted price on the turbo (according to him, VW corporate picked up the tab on the parts and portion of the labor for the turbo). Any dollar saved is a plus in my book. More
