When my girlfriend and I recently visited Suburban VW of Troy we were treated with nothing but class from Christina Tomasino and her entire staff. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly but they were Troy we were treated with nothing but class from Christina Tomasino and her entire staff. Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly but they were knowledgeable, as well. Christina, in particular, made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. At no point did we feel like she didn't have our best interest in mind. We were able to test drive a few different models and came away impressed with the VW lineup in general. Needless to say we walked out of the dealership that day with a brand new Jetta SE and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Suburban VW of Troy for such an awesome experience! More

When I droved my car off the lot all of my questions were answered. I went to Suburban not sure whether I would lease with this dealership (previous experiences were iffy). However, I met and worked with Lori Card on leasing a VW and was so happy to finally find a sales c this dealership (previous experiences were iffy). However, I met and worked with Lori Card on leasing a VW and was so happy to finally find a sales consultant that connects with and understands what a customer is looking for. She was well educated on the vehicle and confident in my comparing other cars to it. The days of fast talking are done - car dealers are now working with a much more educated consumer and need to address that. It was refreshing to work with someone that respected the customers needs and wants. She took total care of me from beginning to end - even setting up my Blue Tooth (Thank You!). A little thing like that can mean a lot to someone. I will absolutely return to Lori (she represents a great vehicle line) and I will also recommend her to family and friends for being caring, honest, and just totally enjoyable to work with. More

Tom Marvaso was responsive, respectful, knowledgable and attentive. He did not try to sell us beyond our desire, he showed us two great cars, let us drive and ruminate and followed-up as he promised.
