Worst dealership experience ever! I am overseas and found a vehicle at this dealership. I have had nothing but issues with them. First, although I was already pre-approved for a loan they tried to get found a vehicle at this dealership. I have had nothing but issues with them. First, although I was already pre-approved for a loan they tried to get me to apply through them because it was policy. Then, they did not want to take my down payment and funding letter from the bank. They said the funding letter had to cover the whole amount (wrong again). Finally, they agreed and I asked if I could pick up the vehicle in two weeks. They said they could not hold the vehicle that long which forced me to find a shipper. At the dealership’s request, I looked for a shipper to transport the vehicle in a week. Yesterday the dealership told me to move shipping from Monday to Wednesday. I secured the shipping for Wednesday with a deposit that I cannot get refunded. Now the dealership is telling me that they can’t release the vehicle tomorrow (Wednesday) because they didn’t receive the funds from my bank yet. At this point I could have just waiting the two weeks to get the vehicle myself but now I have spent 1000 to ship and may lose that. Additionally, since I was buying online, they forced me to hired a third party to “inspect” the vehicle ($179). They also tried to force me to register it in OH when I specifically said NC. By far the worse ever!! Do not use this dealership! More

I walked in without an appointment expecting to test drive 1 or 2 cars just to get a feel for them. I did not intend to walk away with a new car, but that's exactly what happened. This is the type if dealership that will not work with you. They lie. Unorganized. Some of the staff is lazy. I made a deal over the phone for a car and Chris told me he would have it gassed up and detai you. They lie. Unorganized. Some of the staff is lazy. The following day I got numerous texts and calls from the reassuring I was going to be there and I told them I was going to be. I live almost an hour away and as was almost there I got a call from Deajah the saleswoman I was working with that they sold the car the previous day. So no one even bothered to check to see if the car was there earlier in the day or even the day before. Very unprofessional and Unorganized. More
