Worst experience ever with a dealership. We agreed to a deal over the phone (around 11am) with the GM Brian and Bob the finance guy. Bob was supposed to call us back immediately to possib We agreed to a deal over the phone (around 11am) with the GM Brian and Bob the finance guy. Bob was supposed to call us back immediately to possibly setup financing through the dealership, although we were already ready to sign the papers at our local credit union. So we waited a few hours, no call from Bob. Called the dealership and asked for Bob, transferred to his line and we let it ring over 5 minutes. Called back asked for Brian, transferred to his line. No answer. Called back again and left messages for Brian, Bob and Igor. We called first thing the following day and left messages once again so we could proceed with the purchase. Still to this moment not one of these people from management has called us back. Some guy we never spoke to called us back around 3pm that stating the vehicle we agreed to purchase was sold. We were willing to give a deposit upon making he deal but said it was not necessary being Bob was calling us right back for financing. This completely uncalled for by a dealership that says they are #1 in their area. We were prepared to make the 3.5 drive to pick this vehicle up. Now we have to find another car after letting several others deals fall through to pursue this one. Unfortunately the dealership and their management does not care about obtaining new customers. I have had an absolute awful experience with this company when it came to communication. I purchased a 45-thousand-dollar car and when I finally got the car i was told that the car did not have tire sensors when it came to communication. I purchased a 45-thousand-dollar car and when I finally got the car i was told that the car did not have tire sensors installed so i would then have to take care of that part, it took them over a month and a half for me to receive the tire sensors, i also had to pay for the installation myself. Upon getting these installed by another dealership, the service team noticed that multiple sensors in my vehicle have been unplugged. I tried getting this issue resolved with VW of Streetsboro for months, they still to this day have ignore and blamed other departments for their shortcomings and for not contacting me yet. I would 100% not recommend this dealership to anyone as these employees fully fit the stereotype of what most people think of shady salesmen. They will do everything in their power to make sure that the sale goes through, but that is all they are truly concerned about. More
