Was misinformed about the car’s features… test drove one that Tevin said had the options I was looking for but once we got to the price point I wanted .. I think they give us the S.model instead of the R model car that has the things we wanted. He didn’t take the time to show up how to set up all the apps or anything. I now believe he knew that the dealership has changed the vehicle. We called back the very next morning and ask to drop the new car off and get my van back, to which I was told the sold it the same day. They said we could now come in and get the R model that we thought we was getting but the $$ price was going to go up $50. Even though we was given the WRONG information by the sales person.. Better training on what the cars have and don’t have needs to be top priority. Have to deal with them for services for the next 3 years. Going to suck hopelessly the service team is better the the sales team. Then will NEVER deal with them again … misleading and dishonest people.. wish I had read the reviews on this dealership prior to stopping in. Trust ur gut and when you ask for the your keys back from them .. get them and walk out fast….. More

Been there twice now. The first time was two years ago and two of their sales people got into a screaming match Infront of me, my wife, and my daughter. This morning I called to confirm availability of a car I wanted to test drive. Asked 3 times to please make sure it was available and made an appointment. They confirmed the vehicle was there and would be available. An hour later I show up and they tell me the vehicle isn't actually there and not available... It wasn't sold, just "not available". So I wasted an hour of my day driving there and back. I get home and they call me to tell me it was actually a mistake and the vehicle is really there. Completely unprofessional and incompetent dealership. Not respectful of their customers time. I would advise people to take their business elsewhere. More

When I arrived he wasn't even working that day. The other sales person had very little info on the car. Wasted most of my day looking at a car in poor condition. At the end dealership mentioned they add over $2000 in add-ons that cannot be removed. Would not recommend doing business here. Customer communication is poor. They failed several times to send a quote and video walk-around on my request before coming to dealership. More
I will never use this dealers service department again. The lack of customer service and communication has convinced me to go elsewhere. The service department has my car for over two weeks and I only received one update on the second day they had my car until the day it was finished. I called the service department numerous times and never did anyone answer the phone. I left all kinds of messages and never received a call back. I finally drove the 25 miles from my home to try and get an update. I could only find one person working and he did not really know about my situation although he did try to find out some information which was actually incorrect. When my daughter finally picked up my car for me the brand new battery I had just recently purchased from AAA was completely dead and a headlight was out which made me wonder how much they really took care of my car while in their possession. The lack of communication and poor customer service will keep me from dealing with this organization in the future. More
Do not buy they are sloppy with how they handle your vehicle. Had my keys stolen while in their possession and they only replaced one. And now the key they did replace does not work properly took them 6 vehicle. Had my keys stolen while in their possession and they only replaced one. Tried to force us to take a worthless $1,700 warranty on top of the asking. Just another worthless dealer attempting to price gouge customers with a ridiculous up sell. Remember to add $1,700 to the price they list to cover the worthless cosmetic warranty that they don’t tell you about until you start negotiating the price. I get that they deserve a profit. I am very pleased with the quality of service that was provided to me and my girlfriend. The sales team went above and beyond to ensure I left with a vehicle. They were even helpful enough to order me a provided to me and my girlfriend. The sales team went above and beyond to ensure I left with a vehicle.
