I drove two hours to this mistake of a dealership after they continuously called me about coming to test drive and look at a vehicle i had inquired about. Finally made some time to go out there and when i get there they tried to play me and wanted me to fill out a credit app for a test drive. Mind you none of this was mentioned over the phone. I immediately felt judged and thats all i needed to see to realize they arent getting my business. Never judge a book by its cover is something that should be taught at all places. The next person especailly coming into your dealership could be coming to buy 1 or 20 cars for all you know and not only did you miss out on a sale. This negative experience will be shared with anyone who i speak to. Way to go! More

We decided to take our normally reliable 2013 Beetle “Sun Bug” to visit the grandkids (Ohio)Volkswagen Service for their help on Friday, Nov. 10th. We decided to take our normally reliable 2013 Beetle “Sun Bug” to visit the grandkids in Lansing Michigan. Just east of Cleveland, 400 miles from home, the check-engine light came on. Unbelievably, a check of GPS said we were a mere 5 miles from a VW dealer in Streetsboro, Ohio, but it was 4:15pm on a Friday. Could they help? Not only did Tevin and Scott take us in immediately, but service tech Chris diagnosed a rare case of loose bolts on the intake manifold causing an air leak that set off 7 problem codes. He tightened the bolts reset the codes, tested the engine and had us on our way in under an hour. Service manager and Buckeye fan Scott explained everything thoroughly and invited us to use the dealership’s quick charger should we decide to take the EV on the next trip. They turned what could have been a lengthy, expensive disaster into a quick and painless pit stop. Thanks, guys. Andy & Kathy Rominiecki Milton, DE More
This dealership is the worst from top to bottom. I would recommend no one purchases a car from them. They sold my wife and I damaged car and refused to help, pay or talk to us about. Service has zero follow up, I have had my car in for service twice and each time the next day the check engine light came on! The third time I am still waiting, dropped it off on 10/9 and today I was to service twice and each time the next day the check engine light came on! The third time I am still waiting, dropped it off on 10/9 and today I was told it "may" be done next week Wednesday 11/1 or Thursday 11/2! I have had to call them each time to find out what the wait was, they didn't call me! More
David Cooper went above and beyond for my cousin. He took a car for her to test drive and when she chose to lease a brand new Taos, he delivered it to her over two hours away. Was misinformed about the car’s features… test drove one that Tevin said had the options I was looking for but once we got to the price point I wanted .. I think they give us the S.model instead of the R mo that Tevin said had the options I was looking for but once we got to the price point I wanted .. I think they give us the S.model instead of the R model car that has the things we wanted. He didn’t take the time to show up how to set up all the apps or anything. I now believe he knew that the dealership has changed the vehicle. We called back the very next morning and ask to drop the new car off and get my van back, to which I was told the sold it the same day. They said we could now come in and get the R model that we thought we was getting but the $$ price was going to go up $50. Even though we was given the WRONG information by the sales person.. Better training on what the cars have and don’t have needs to be top priority. Have to deal with them for services for the next 3 years. Going to suck hopelessly the service team is better the the sales team. Then will NEVER deal with them again … misleading and dishonest people.. wish I had read the reviews on this dealership prior to stopping in. Trust ur gut and when you ask for the your keys back from them .. get them and walk out fast….. More
