I purchased a NEW Jetta TDI on September 20-th .Great buying experience from Kim Baranyi that was incredibly professional and understanding. I drove to the dealership from Sandusky area and I was immediately made at home by her CAG VW Hudson facility. I ended up purchasing the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the whole deal was so friendly ,informative and I didn't even feel like I just went through the whole buying a car ordeal. I can honestly say that not only was the experience not a hassle, but was actually enjoyable. Would recommend to friends. • The whole CAG VW Hudson team was definitely ethical and honest. They don't cheat or weasel or mislead. The Finance Manager took my basic info and spend less than 30 minutes financing the car and signing the papers without being the typical "pushy salesman". He was genuinely interested in helping me. • John Appleby and “Vinnie” as well did everything in their power to make sure I was taken care of when servicing my 2014 Passat TDI ( the other VW I do own). I felt as though I was treated like a family member! I would recommend CAG VW to everyone and anyone who is looking to service a new VW car! • In the beginning I had been to Spitzer VW Amherst dealership that is close to my home and I didn't feel comfortable dealing with them. Horrible financing service... spent all day talking to them so I could look at and buy a NEW car then a whole month to get a title on a new purchased Passat. No consideration for other's time. Poor communication. Worst service department ever! They were rude, hostile, in competent, and unprofessional ( I have exterior dings and scuffs, passenger visor broke and disgusting applied interior EnviroShield on my new Passat TDI) . I will never do business with this place ever again, and I drive all the way to CAG VW Hudson when I need too. That`s how bad they are. More

I met a lot of nice people who were all willing to answer any question that I had. I really didn't have any to think of, because they were so informative about all they had to offer. I did so many researches to find good deal for me but every time I found good deal I couldn't get the car just because I am an international student and don't have SSN even though I can afford the payment and have a monthly income. I went to Collection Volkswagen of Hudson in Hudson coz I heard they can help me to lease a car and there Diana worked with me hard to get my dreams car VW CC -Sport 2013 she even offers me cookies every time I go there :) Finally, they get me approved with affordable payments for 39 months lease with the option to buy the car. I am enjoying my unique fancy car now and would recommend every one to work with Diana at Collection Volkswagen of Hudson because I am pretty sure she will do whatever possible to get you approved with the minimum payment that you want specially if you don't have SSN or credit history like me.
