Cole I'm sorry we sold you a truck with your inner brake pads below minimum specs. Vw of Salem took full responsibility and replaced your brake pads, rotors and calipers at no cost. Unfortunately, you started having issues with your 4-wheel drive after your 60-day warranty was expired, as per our personal conversation I tried getting an exception from your warranty and they were not willing to participate in any repairs you have paid to fix the 4-wheel drive. Mechanical failures happen and warranties do expire. I recommended in the future when you purchase a used car you buy an extended warranty to protect your investment. Vw of Salem.
