The only complaint I have is the state my car was in when took deliver of the car. Water spots all over the car, somewhat dirty and a spot by the gas cap area that will need a retailer to remove. I go in with a specific issue and usually come out with more problems. This time, we replaced a headlight and the issue recurred; that is to say my new headlight is now out again mysteriously. I don’t know if its a faulty wiring thing but this has happened before. Only place I know of that I usually end up getting actually screwed over. Will just be taking my VW out of town or finding a more thorough local mechanic. 3 Stars but only because the service manager has been kind in the past. More

I spent over 9k to have seals redone on my EOS to address issues I assumed with condensation and leaks. I dropped the car off in January and picked up in April. I was the one reaching out over and over a issues I assumed with condensation and leaks. I dropped the car off in January and picked up in April. I was the one reaching out over and over again to get status on my car. I do believe the work was done although no one walked me through the work performed. And my wind screen was melted and that wa snot the case when I dropped it off and that has still not been addressed yet. I would think that VW could do better I had the condensation issue resolved by another shop as it was due to bad hoses and radiator. Much less than 9k. As an update - I have spoken to the service manger and we are working toward resolving any ongoing issues and concerns on my part. I can feel good about the outreach, professionalism and support to make my car whole and right. This is service I would expect and like to recommend. Well done Volkswagen! More
