Service advisors spoke to me as if I was incompetent, interrupting me and rushing through conversations. When I picked up, they didn’t go over work that was done. There was no complimentary cleaning provided (thought this was common, or at LEAST a vacuum or outside wash.) Most irritating of all, after spending an outrageous amount of money and time without my vehicle, my car still exhibits the issues it had prior, the sole reason for taking it in to get “fixed!” More
