Dealership has problems, managers of department do not communicate well with customers. My last repair work took a week or more longer then it should have. I was told their systems had been hacked. Made an appointment and was reminded of it 5 times. Showed up and no one was there. Had to ask a sales person where the service person was. Non one knew where he was. He walked in 10 minutes later. I had an appointment for a certain time to get my oil changed, thinking it would only be 30min max. After an hour, I saw my vehicle pull up to the front of the entrance to the building. The tech got out and then started talking to one of the sales guys. After 15 min of waiting, I went outside to the tech and asked if my vehicle was ready. He said it was, so he handed me my keys and I left. The customer service of the service coordinators was sub par. No smiles, monotone voice, and just didn’t look like they enjoyed their jobs and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I unfortunately have the lifetime oil changes so I will have to go back periodically. More
