It seems like there is an issue everytime I go there if not with me with another customer. The last time was my last time I left before they even did anything for me. They didn't even put his oil cap back on his car after the oil change. More

Based This rating is based on my most recent experience when I took my 2019 Sportswagen into the VW of Salem’s service department for a recall service, and while I was there, I had them do a lis experience when I took my 2019 Sportswagen into the VW of Salem’s service department for a recall service, and while I was there, I had them do a list of preventive maintenance tasks. I was told the recall work could take most of the day. They provided me with uber and lyft rides to and from a friend’s house where I spent the day. My car was ready sooner than I expected—always a good markfor a service department, and they did an exceptional wash and vacuum on my car, making it look nearly new! A real bonus that was not anticipated! More
