I have been trying hard to find what to say but ultimately. This is a typical dealership this is their job so yes nice people, but they are sales people non the less. I do have a beautiful truck out of the deal even if it has “minor” fixes. All the fixes that are not covered by their extra warranty but still need to be handled. So yes I do recommend this dealership just as much as I recommend any other dealership there is nothing special about them and well if you want a better rating than be the change and do better. More

Didn’t get back to me until I had a problem with the brakes. Won’t pay for the replacement because they don’t feel they should even though they weren’t safe and under 50 percent. The process took forever - 4. 5 hours. We were convinced they were moving slowly because we had a baby with us and they wanted to put on pressure so we’d be more agreeable. Typical 5 hours. Typical dealer xx about installed aftermarket LoJack for $500, which they didn’t provide any additional information for like how to use it. Also had to tell them no 5 times regarding their warranty, which magically moved in price from 4k down to 1500. Oh and the $250 doc fee appeared out of thin air too. Oh and they got our requested financing terms wrong then complained about how they would have to start the process over if we wanted to change it. Basically a typical dealership trying to squeeze every penny out of you with hidden fees and financing tricks. More
